Foreman ELV

Role Overview: You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the on-site installation of ELV systems for large-scale commercial, hospitality, and residential projects in Dubai/GCC. Your role will involve ensuring compliance with project drawings and specifications, leading testing and commissioning activities, and maintaining site safety and HSE compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate the installation of ELV systems such as fire alarm, CCTV, access control, and structured cabling according to project requirements. - Read and interpret electrical and low-voltage drawings, allocate tasks to technicians, and monitor workmanship to meet quality and schedule targets. - Lead testing, commissioning, and handover activities, including preparing test reports and ensuring compliance with international standards. - Coordinate with MEP, civil teams, and client/consultants to resolve site clashes, material issues, and ensure smooth installation sequencing. - Maintain site safety by enforcing safe work practices, conducting toolbox talks, and ensuring compliance with permit requirements. - Manage material reconciliation, labor rostering, and daily progress reporting to project management for timely mobilization and deployment. Qualifications Required: Must-Have: - Experience with Fire Alarm Systems, CCTV Systems, Access Control Systems, Structured Cabling, Testing and Commissioning, and Site Supervision. Preferred: - Knowledge of BMS Integration and PABX/VOIP Systems. - NEBOSH or IOSH certification is advantageous.
