Foreign Education Counsellor

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of student profiles to recommend appropriate courses and overseas universities.
• Provide expert advice on admission processes, required documentation, visa applications, and pre-departure preparations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students through timely communication and follow-ups.
• Convert qualified leads into successful applications and enrolments.
• Keep updated on trends in overseas education, university changes, and country-specific regulations.
• Accurately document student details and monitor application progress.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless application processing and support.
  

Requirements & Skills

• Minimum of 1 year’s experience in education counselling, sales, or customer service.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; certifications in counselling or education are an added advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong skills in client engagement, persuasion, and negotiation.
• Ability to work independently and achieve performance targets.

• Goal-oriented, organized, and skilled in time management.
• Candidates available to join immediately are preferred.
