Are you an experienced professional with at least one year in counselling, customer service, or sales? Join us as an Executive – Education Counselling, where you’ll manage student profiles independently, offer comprehensive guidance throughout the counselling process, and contribute to achieving individual conversion targets through structured support. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments of student profiles to recommend appropriate courses and overseas universities. Provide expert advice on admission processes, required documentation, visa applications, and pre-departure preparations. Build and maintain strong relationships with students through timely communication and follow-ups. Convert qualified leads into successful applications and enrolments. Keep updated on trends in overseas education, university changes, and country-specific regulations. Accurately document student details and monitor application progress. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless application processing and support. Requirements & Skills Minimum of 1 year’s experience in education counselling, sales, or customer service. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; certifications in counselling or education are an added advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong skills in client engagement, persuasion, and negotiation. Ability to work independently and achieve performance targets. Preferred Profile Previous experience counselling studenta Goal-oriented, organized, and skilled in time management. Candidates available to join immediately are preferred.
