Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Point of contact for forecasting and budget planning.
Update the forecast with monthly/weekly actual data and suggest improvements based on trend analysis.
Refine forecasting scenarios and generate final forecasts.
Refine and capture data to be used as input to forecasting models.
Design and develop forecasting scenarios.
Generate short-term forecasts, incorporating business impacts.
Revise forecasts based upon feedback.
Maintain process documentation and make adjustments as required.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Highly skilled in mathematical and statistical modeling (R-Studio, Python).
Experience in developing machine learning models such as classification, linear/logistic regression.
Hands-on experience forecasting for large and complex attributes.
Analytical with a good understanding of contact centre metrics.
Strong business acumen.
Good communicator and collaborator.
Strong communicator and decision maker.
Core forecasting experience: 0.62 years in a BPO/contact center environment.
