Forcepoint DLP Implementation Specialist

As a Presales Technical Consultant at Inflow Technologies, you will be responsible for providing expert technical knowledge of Forcepoint's products and solutions to potential clients. Collaborating closely with the sales team, you will help define customer requirements and demonstrate how Forcepoint solutions can meet their needs. Your role will involve delivering customized product presentations, demos, and workshops to both prospects and existing clients. In this position, you will lead or assist in creating and running proof of concepts (POCs) to showcase the value of Forcepoint products. You will also play a key role in developing and reviewing technical content for proposals, requests for proposals (RFPs), and requests for information (RFIs). Additionally, you will engage with customers to address technical queries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions throughout the sales process. As a Presales Technical Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their specific requirements and help design tailored solutions. You will provide training to customers and internal teams on Forcepoint products and solutions, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge to leverage these technologies effectively. It is essential to stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and new cybersecurity developments to provide the most relevant solutions to clients. The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong technical background in Forcepoint products, experience in end-to-end implementation, and excellent communication and presentation skills. Previous experience in a presales or technical consultant role, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a sales environment, is highly desirable. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to build relationships with customers are also key attributes for success in this position. Preferred skills for this role include previous experience in a technical sales or customer-facing consulting role, as well as extensive knowledge of Forcepoint products.
