Responsibilities: - Lead the Industry platform for Telco enterprise, focusing on telecom Network Managed Services encompassing both legacy and modern network solutions alongside offerings like IoT, 5G, end-user, and hybrid cloud. - Provide guidance on proactive business strategies and RFPs for Telecom Network Managed Services, including account/bid strategy, differentiated offerings, and proposal development based on customer requirements analysis. - Identify opportunities for customer transformation by evaluating current network infrastructure and operational state. - Develop a target operating model, determine staff sizing based on guidelines, and address the unique requirements of end customers. - Adapt to changing customer needs, align product and offering strategies accordingly, and offer insights to the platform engineering team for platform advancement. - Engage in customer discussions and workshops to assess requirements, areas for improvement, and develop suitable solutions. - Formulate product strategies for Telecom Managed Network Services, defining market positioning, growth strategies, and operationalization. - Collaborate with various account teams, creating proactive customer pitches and account strategies. - Work with the Sales team, OEMs, and analysts to develop promotional and Go-to-Market materials for marketing initiatives. - Explore enhancements and winning strategies for network pre-sales opportunities across diverse industry verticals. - Explore additional solutions and services for Telecom enterprise customers, including IoT, 5G, hybrid cloud, security, with support from respective practices but driven by self. Skills: - Possess a minimum of 15 years of experience in the Networking domain with a focus on managed network services and related solutions. - Demonstrate at least 5 years of experience in Product management of offerings/platforms or business management of technology services with revenues exceeding $100 million. - Exhibit expertise in managing large customer engagements and building relationships at CX levels. - Have a fair understanding of network security, voice, and collaboration platforms. - Stay updated on network industry trends and technological advancements. - Showcase strong communication and presentation skills, a positive attitude, and flexibility. - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive new offering development from conceptualization to client adoption with ownership. - Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills for engaging with customers, internal stakeholders, etc. - Understanding of Telco B2B operating models is advantageous. - Familiarity with other solutions beyond network services.
