Barça Academy India, the official football school of FC Barcelona, follows the club’s world-renowned training methodology. We nurture young players across India by combining technical football skills with Barça values: respect, teamwork, humility, effort, and ambition.

Role: Coach

We are looking for passionate and skilled football coaches to join our team and contribute to the development of young footballers at Barça Academy India.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver training sessions based on the Barça methodology and philosophy.
• Mentor and guide players (ages 5–18) in technical, tactical, physical, and psychological aspects of football.
• Instill core values of discipline, teamwork, and respect both on and off the pitch.
• Provide feedback to players and parents on progress.
• Ensure a safe and positive learning environment.
• Represent Barça Academy India in camps, clinics, and tournaments across India and abroad.

Requirements:

• Minimum AFC ‘C’ License (or equivalent) preferred.
• Playing/coaching experience at professional or grassroots level.
• Strong communication skills (English + local languages an advantage).
• Passion for youth development and grassroots football.
• Ability to travel for camps and events.
