Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Food Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing new products, maintaining product quality, and supporting our tea-tasting and evaluation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for New Product Development (NPD), including formulation, trials, and documentation.
Ensure consistent quality standards for all products through regular monitoring, testing, and process improvements.
Assist in tea tasting sessions, helping evaluate flavor profiles, blends, and overall sensory characteristics.
Collaborate with production, procurement, and quality teams to ensure smooth scale-up of new products.
Maintain proper records of product specifications, quality reports, and trial results.
Ensure compliance with FSSAI guidelines and internal quality protocols.
Support continuous improvement initiatives for taste, shelf life, and product stability.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
