Food Server

Job Title: Food Server / Waiter

Location: Corporate Guest house/New Delhi
Reports to: Guest House Manager

Job Summary:

The Food Server is responsible for providing excellent customer service to restaurant guests by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience. The ideal candidate is attentive, courteous, and has a good understanding of food and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to kitchen staff.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each course and address concerns.
• Clear dishes and clean tables after guests finish their meals.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for efficient service.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverages.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.

• Requires standing for long hours and lifting trays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
