Food Product Marketer (Wheat Flour Business) Position Overview We are seeking a highly experienced and well-connected Food Product Marketer to drive sales and expand markets for our wheat flour business across India, as well as to identify potential export opportunities. The ideal candidate should bring extensive industry experience, deep market knowledge, and a proven track record of sales success in the FMCG sector. This position is entirely target-based, with an attractive fixed plus variable remuneration package for exceptional performance. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new markets for wheat flour sales across India. Build strong networks with potential wheat flour exporters and distributors. Leverage existing relationships across the FMCG industry to secure large-volume buyers. Generate consistent leads and convert them into long-term clients. Track competitor activity and develop strategies for positioning our wheat flour effectively. Liaise with manufacturing and supply teams to align demand with production capacity. Achieve aggressive monthly and quarterly sales targets. Candidate Requirements Experience: 15–20 years of proven sales and marketing experience in FMCG or related sectors. Preferred Background: Past or current association with large firms such as ITC, Reliance, Adani Wilmar, Patanjali, or similar organizations. Track Record: Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding large-scale sales targets. Candidate’s past performance will be verified before final selection. Network: Strong, established connections across the wheat/flour trade, procurement channels, and exporter community. Education: No strict prerequisites; emphasis is on demonstrated sales ability and industry connections rather than formal qualifications. Other: Ex-Government employees with relevant procurement or food trade experience are welcome to apply. Compensation Competitive fixed pay. Exceptional performers will be rewarded with additional benefits based on demonstrated results. _________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ पोजीशन का नाम: फूड प्रोडक्ट मार्केटर (गेहूं का आटा बिज़नेस) हम अपने गेहूं के आटे के व्यवसाय के लिए फूड प्रोडक्ट मार्केटर की तलाश कर रहे हैं, जो भारत के विभिन्न राज्यों में नए बाज़ार खोले और संभावित एक्सपोर्टर्स से संपर्क बनाए। उम्मीदवार के पास गहरा इंडस्ट्री अनुभव, मजबूत नेटवर्क और सत्यापित सेल्स रिकॉर्ड होना चाहिए। यह पद पूरी तरह लक्ष्य-आधारित है, और इसमें आकर्षक फिक्स्ड + वेरिएबल वेतन पैकेज दिया जाएगा। मुख्य ज़िम्मेदारियाँ भारत में गेहूं के आटे के लिए नए ग्राहक और क्षेत्र खोजना। एक्सपोर्टर्स और बड़े वितरकों से संपर्क और नेटवर्किंग। FMCG इंडस्ट्री से जुड़े पुराने संबंधों का उपयोग करते हुए बड़े ऑर्डर्स सुरक्षित करना। प्रतियोगियों की गतिविधियों पर नज़र रखना और मार्केटिंग रणनीतियाँ विकसित करना। क्लाइंट लीड्स जनरेट करना और उन्हें पक्का ग्राहक बनाना। उत्पादन क्षमता और माँग का तालमेल बनाए रखना। मासिक और तिमाही बिक्री लक्ष्यों को प्राप्त करना। उम्मीदवार की आवश्यकताएँ अनुभव: FMCG या संबंधित क्षेत्रों में 15–20 वर्षों का बिक्री और मार्केटिंग अनुभव। ITC, रिलायंस, पतंजलि, अडानी विलमर जैसे बड़े FMCG संगठनों से जुड़ा अनुभव प्राथमिकता रहेगा परन्तु आवश्यक नहीं।  ट्रैक रिकॉर्ड: प्रमाणित सफल बिक्री का इतिहास (जांच की जाएगी)। नेटवर्क: गेहूं/आटे के ट्रेड और एक्सपोर्ट चैनलों में मजबूत संपर्क। शैक्षणिक योग्यता: अनिवार्य नहीं, अनुभव और नेटवर्क ज्यादा महत्त्वपूर्ण। अन्य: संबंधित अनुभव वाले पूर्व सरकारी कर्मचारी भी आवेदन कर सकते हैं। वेतन/पैकेज आकर्षक फिक्स्ड सैलरी। लक्ष्य पर आधारित उच्च वेरिएबल इंसेंटिव। उत्कृष्ट प्रदर्शन करने वालों को अतिरिक्त लाभ।
