At Satisflora Healthy Foods, we’re on a mission to make indulgence healthy. From our signature Bateel (date-based chocolate delights) to nutritious muesli and honey health mixes, we create products that taste great without junk ingredients. We are expanding our team and looking for a Food Product Developer & R&D Specialist who is passionate about crafting innovative, healthy, and compliant food products.

What You’ll Do

Research, develop, and improve healthy food products (chocolates, confectionery, functional snacks, cereals, nut butters, oils, etc.).Innovate recipes that balance taste, nutrition, and shelf stability.Conduct trials, standardize recipes, and document formulations.Work closely with the production team to scale recipes from lab to shelf.Monitor quality, shelf life, and packaging suitability.Stay updated on market trends in healthy foods and suggest new product ideas.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Food Technology, Food Science, Nutrition, or related fields.Experience (professional or personal) with chocolates, confectionery, or healthy food product development.Strong knowledge of ingredients, formulation techniques, and shelf-life studies.Creativity and a problem-solving mindset — able to balance taste with clean-label formulations.Familiarity with FSSAI compliance, food safety, and quality control.Passion for healthy eating and innovative food products.
