Key Responsibilities & Skills

• Micros POS System Expertise

Maintain in-depth knowledge of the Micros POS system, including system setup, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance.

• Customer Service Leadership

Consistently drive customer service excellence by training staff, monitoring performance, and implementing service-enhancing strategies.

• Data-Driven Decision Making

Analyze sales and operational reports to develop and execute actionable store-level strategies that support business goals.

• Operational Agility

Adapt quickly to business needs and implement operational changes to improve efficiency and service delivery.

• Goal Achievement

Work toward achieving company benchmarks for operational processes, service programs, and performance standards.

• Strategic Action Planning

Develop and implement effective daily, weekly, and monthly action plans to meet all company operational and service standards.

• Team Leadership & Floor Management

Provide clear direction and support to associates to ensure efficient floor operations, excellent customer service, and proper visual merchandising execution.

• Shipping & Receiving Oversight

Supervise the store’s shipping and receiving functions to ensure timely processing and accurate inventory management.

• Stockroom & Product Flow Management

Guide associates in maintaining an organized and efficient stockroom while adhering to company standards for product flow and inventory handling.

• Compliance with Company Procedures

Enforce company policies and guidelines related to shipping, receiving, and inventory processes to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
