Job Description:

We are looking for a polite, energetic, and customer-friendly Food Counter Executive to manage day-to-day operations at our food counter. The ideal candidate will assist customers, handle food items, maintain cleanliness, and ensure smooth service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend customers at the food counter politely and efficiently
• Take orders and process bills using POS (if available)
• Serve food items hygienically and maintain presentation standards
• Refill stock/display items and keep the counter organized
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the counter and surrounding area
• Communicate with kitchen staff or supervisors as needed
• Follow safety and food handling guidelines
• Assist in packaging take-away/delivery orders if required

Requirements:

• Minimum 10th/12th pass (preferred)
• Prior experience in food counters, cafes, or QSR is an advantage
• Basic communication skills (Hindi/Gujarati/English as per customer base)
• Friendly, responsible, and punctual
• Willingness to work flexible hours (shifts/weekends)
