Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesInspection & Compliance

  • Conduct routine and surprise inspections of QSR outlets and restaurants to assess food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with FSSAI guidelines, local health regulations, and company SOPs.
  • Identify non-compliance issues and recommend corrective measures.
  • Maintain detailed inspection reports and follow up on corrective actions.

Training & Development

  • Design and deliver training programs for kitchen and service staff on food safety, hygiene, quality standards, and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct onboarding training for new hires and refresher courses for existing staff.
  • Use practical demonstrations to enhance learning and ensure standards are consistently maintained.

Quality & Process Improvement

  • Work closely with operations and kitchen teams to standardize recipes, portion control, and presentation.
  • Monitor storage, handling, and preparation processes to prevent contamination and wastage.
  • Suggest process improvements to enhance food quality and service speed without compromising safety.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
