Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food & Beverage Professionals with hotel management degree or diploma and 2 to 3 years of work experience in NCR only need to apply for this position.

It is a mid management role for restaurant and catering verticals across the NCR region.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management from reputed institute.
• Creativity and attention with eye for details in arranging food services.
• Knowledge of current food affairs and modern cuisines and themed displays
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team for large catering projects.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations related to food handling and food safety
• Formal training or certification in culinary arts or a related field is beneficial
