Food Delivery Driver

Job Description: You will be a part of the delivery team as a Food Delivery Rider, ensuring the timely and safe delivery of food orders to customers while upholding excellent service standards. Key Responsibilities: - Pick up food orders from partner restaurants with accuracy. - Safely deliver food to customers within the specified time. - Maintain clear and courteous communication with customers and restaurant staff. - Utilize navigation apps to determine the most efficient delivery routes. - Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations. - Keep the delivery vehicle (bike/motorcycle) clean and in good condition. - Promptly report any issues or delays to the supervisor or dispatch team. Qualifications: - Possession of a valid driver's license and a registered motorcycle/bicycle. - Ownership of a smartphone with internet access. - Familiarity with local routes and areas is advantageous. - Strong communication and time management abilities. - Demonstrate responsibility, punctuality, and a customer-centric approach. - Physical fitness to work in varying weather conditions. - Previous experience in delivery or logistics is a bonus.
