Food Delivery Biker

Job Summary:We are looking for a reliable and responsible Food Delivery Boy to deliver food orders to customers promptly, while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of local streets, a valid driving license (if using a bike/scooter), and a customer-first attitude. Key Responsibilities:Pick up food orders from restaurants or kitchens as assigned Deliver orders to customers at their location within the expected time Ensure accuracy of orders before delivery Handle cash/card payments when required Provide excellent customer service during delivery Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of delivery equipment (bike, uniform, bag, etc.) Follow safety and traffic rules while driving Coordinate with dispatch or delivery management team in case of issues or delays Requirements:Minimum high school education (preferred but not mandatory) Valid driving license and access to a two-wheeler (bike/scooter) Good knowledge of local delivery routes and areas Basic communication skills in [local language or English] Smartphone with GPS and delivery app capability Punctual and dependable Physically fit and able to carry food packages Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience in food delivery or courier service Familiarity with using delivery apps (e.g., Zomato, Swiggy, Uber Eats, etc.) Working Conditions:Shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays Work involves driving/moving for extended periods May require handling weather conditions (rain, heat, etc.) Salary & Benefits:Base salary + delivery incentives Fuel allowance (if applicable) Uniform and delivery gear provided Performance bonuses
