Job Description

  • Operations Management: Direct daily operations in food and beverage outlets, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and hygiene.
  • Staff Management: Supervise, train, schedule, and provide performance feedback to F&B team members to ensure team service standards are met.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Address guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Financial Control: Monitor inventory, manage waste, and control labor costs to help achieve departmental financial targets.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure food and beverage products meet quality and brand standards, and that facilities are clean and well-maintained.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with culinary, housekeeping, and other departments for seamless service delivery and a positive guest experience.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, as well as brand guidelines.
