Electrical Maintenance Technician

• Repairs and Maintenance:
• Troubleshooting and fixing faulty equipment, fixtures, and building systems such as electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
• Performing preventative maintenance to ensure equipment operates efficiently and to minimize breakdowns.
• Carrying out minor building repairs, including carpentry, painting, and landscaping.
• Inspections and Monitoring:
• Conducting routine inspections of buildings, equipment, and systems to identify potential issues and assess their condition.
• Testing systems to ensure they are functioning correctly and are up to standards.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Documenting all maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs performed.
• Maintaining records of equipment, supplies, and maintenance schedules.
• Safety and Compliance:
• Adhering to safety regulations and protocols while performing tasks.
• Identifying and fixing safety hazards to prevent injuries.
• Inventory and Supplies:
• Monitoring and maintaining inventory of tools, parts, and repair supplies.
• Placing orders for necessary supplies when stock is low.
