Food & Beverage Controller

As a Cost Controller, your role involves developing, implementing, and monitoring food and beverage cost control systems. You will be responsible for analyzing daily sales and cost reports, providing variance analysis, and conducting regular inventories of food, beverage, and operating supplies. Your collaboration with the Executive Chef and F&B Manager to analyze menu pricing and recipe costs is crucial for the success of the operations. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor receiving and storage of all products to ensure compliance with quality and quantity standards. - Coordinate with the purchasing department to secure the best prices and quality for supplies. - Prepare monthly F&B cost reports and provide strategic recommendations. - Investigate and resolve discrepancies in stock and financial records. - Audit and approve all food and beverage invoices and delivery notes. - Ensure all F&B-related purchases follow internal control procedures. - Train staff in cost control procedures and inventory practices. Qualifications Required: - Experience in cost control systems within the food and beverage industry. - Strong analytical skills to conduct variance analysis and provide strategic recommendations. - Knowledge of inventory management practices and internal control procedures. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with various departments effectively.
