Food & Beverage Captain (Hotel Industry Experience Mandatory)

• Customer service: Ensuring guests are satisfied and receive exceptional service
• Staff management: Training and managing restaurant staff
• Kitchen coordination: Working with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
• Front desk: Overseeing the front desk
• Guest interaction: Interacting with guests to enhance their dining experience
• Menu planning: Planning food and beverage menus, considering guest dietary requirements
• Communication: Ensuring communication between all staff
• Training new staff: Managing the training of new personnel and ensuring every crew member is fit to do the job
• Attention to detail: Making sure everything is perfect on a consistent basis
