Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and passionate F&B Trainees who are graduates in Hospitality Management and eager to start their careers in Food & Beverage service. This role offers hands-on training in restaurant and resort F&B operations with an opportunity to grow into a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day Food & Beverage operations in resort.
• Greet and serve guests professionally, ensuring excellent service.
• Learn menu knowledge to confidently assist guests.
• Support restaurant setup, table arrangements, and order taking.
• Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards are maintained.
• Work collaboratively with the service and kitchen teams.
• Handle guest queries and escalate issues promptly to supervisors.
• Follow grooming, discipline, and service SOPs of the resort.

Requirements

• Mandatory: Graduate in Hospitality Management (BHM/B.Sc. Hospitality or equivalent).
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong passion for guest service and hospitality.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends/holidays.
