Job Description

Job Summary:

The Food & Beverage Trainee supports the daily operations of the restaurant, service, and ensuring excellent guest service and maintaining high standards of hygiene and efficiency. This role is ideal for hospitality students or recent graduates seeking hands-on experience in a dynamic and guest-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat guests in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to kitchen or bar staff.
  • Serve food and beverages in accordance with standard procedures.
  • Clear tables, reset them for the next guests, and maintain cleanliness of the dining area.
  • Assist in setting up and breaking down banquet or event spaces.
  • Support buffet setups, restocking, and general event service as required.
  • Learn and follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints politely and efficiently, escalating when necessary.
  • Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and promotions.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth service.
  • Participate in training sessions and actively seek learning opportunities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹6,000.00 per month
