Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Server located in city center mall, Patna. The Food and Beverage Server will be responsible for greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional tasks include maintaining cleanliness and organization in dining areas, providing menu recommendations, and addressing any customer inquiries or concerns promptly and courteously.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English and Hindi
• Food Service and Food & Beverage skills
• Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality is a plus
