Job Description

Job Title: Food and Beverage ServerDepartment: Food & Beverage / Restaurant

The Food and Beverage Server is responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to guests by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival.
Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations when appropriate.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
Serve food and beverages in accordance with company standards.
Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
Clear and reset tables for the next guests efficiently.
Process guest payments (cash, credit card, room charge, etc.) accurately.
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate service.
Assist with setting up and closing duties as assigned (stocking, cleaning, organizing).
Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
