Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Cashier located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Food and Beverage Cashier will handle daily tasks such as managing transactions, handling cash, ensuring accurate billing, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves greeting and interacting with customers, taking orders, and ensuring accurate processing of payments. Additional responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness at the cashier station and assisting with inquiries related to food and beverage offerings.

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and excellent Phone Etiquette
• Exceptional Customer Service capabilities and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively
• Proficiency in Cash Handling and managing accurate transaction records
• Basic knowledge of Food & Beverage to assist and guide customers
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Experience in a similar role in the hospitality or retail industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
