1. Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, take orders, and serve food and drinks efficiently. 2. Table Setup: Prepare dining areas by setting up tables, linens, cutlery, and glassware. 3. Order Handling: Communicate guest orders accurately to the kitchen and bar. 4. Service Support: Assist senior staff during busy hours and clear tables promptly. 5. Cleanliness: Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the dining and service areas. 6. Stock Management: Refill condiments, beverages, and service stations as needed. 7. Billing & Payments: Present bills and handle payment transactions professionally. 8. Guest Satisfaction: Address guest queries and complaints courteously.
