Job Description
Gentleman Regency Plaza is looking for dedicated and energetic Food & Beverage Service Associates to join our hospitality team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent food and beverage service to guests while maintaining high service standards and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and serve guests in a courteous and professional manner
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Serve food and drinks according to hotel standards
Ensure cleanliness of tables, service areas, and equipment
Handle guest queries and requests promptly
Follow hygiene, safety, and hotel service protocols
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service operations
Requirements
Previous experience in hotel, bar, or restaurant service preferred
Basic knowledge of food & beverage service
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Well-groomed and customer-focused attitude
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
Male candidates preferred
