Job Description – Chai & Coffee Maker (with Side Dish Skills)

We are a new startup café focused on serving premium chai, coffee, iced lattes, and delicious side dishes. We are looking for a passionate and skilled individual to join our team as a Chai & Coffee Maker, who can also prepare a few basic side dishes.

Role & Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve chai, coffee, iced lattes, and other beverages consistently.
• Cook a few side dishes/snacks.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and quality standards in the kitchen and service area.
• Assist in inventory management (milk, coffee beans, tea leaves, spices, etc.).
• Learn and adapt quickly to new recipes and café-style serving methods during training.
• Provide friendly customer service and be part of our startup growth journey.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a chai/coffee maker, café worker, or cook (minimum 1–2 years preferred).
• Basic cooking skills to handle small side dishes/snacks.
• Willingness to learn new recipes and undergo training.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and speed of service.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
