Food and Beverage Assistant

• Guest Service:Greet and welcome guests, assist with menu selection, take orders accurately, and serve food and drinks promptly.
• Order Management:Relay orders to kitchen and bar staff and ensure they are delivered to guests in a timely and professional manner.
• Table & Area Maintenance:Prepare tables by setting up linen and tableware, replenish supplies, and maintain the cleanliness and presentation of dining and service areas.
• Complaint Resolution:Handle guest inquiries and complaints effectively, working towards guest satisfaction.
• Operational Support:Assist with inventory, restock supplies, process payments, and help maintain logbooks and other records.
• Team Collaboration:Work closely with colleagues, including kitchen and bar staff, to ensure smooth operations and service excellence.
• Health & Safety:Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards in the preparation, cooking, and delivery of food and beverages.
• Function Support:Assist with the setup, service, and clearing of functions and banquets as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
