Role & responsibilities

Bachelor s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Hotel Management, culinary arts, or related field

6+ years related experience in similar position, including management experience

Preferred candidate profile

Manage daily operations of food and beverage outlets, ensuring high-quality service standards.
Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to maintain profitability.
Develop menus, pricing strategies, and promotions to drive sales growth.
Supervise staff performance, provide training, and resolve customer complaints efficiently.

6-13 years of experience in hospitality industry with expertise in F&B operations.
Strong knowledge of hotel management principles and practices.
Proven track record of managing multiple food and beverage outlets simultaneously while maintaining quality control.
Excellent communication skills for effective team leadership and customer interaction.
Working closely with the finance team o set ,monitor and refine budgets and drive revenue as well as a number of managers and supervisors
