As an FMS Engineer (Desktop Level Support) at LDS infotech Pvt Ltd, you will have the opportunity to work in Sales, Presales, and Technical roles alongside clients such as Fortune 500 companies and MNC Partners like Microsoft, Oracle, Sophos, Fortinet, Symantec, and Mcafee. Your primary responsibility will be to provide desktop support and technical assistance to clients, ensuring smooth operations of computer systems and networks. Key Responsibilities: - Installing and configuring Windows operating systems - Setting up and maintaining various application software like MS Office and antivirus programs - Providing desktop support to clients, addressing hardware, software, and networking issues - Ensuring regular updates and maintenance of antivirus software - Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting various PC hardware components - Configuring and troubleshooting LAN setups - Installing, troubleshooting local and network printers - Demonstrating basic networking knowledge by connecting switches, routers, and access points Qualifications Required: - Graduation/MBA/B.E with knowledge in the IT field - Proficiency in desktop support, computer hardware, networking, installation, MS Outlook configuration, and basic software application troubleshooting If you are ready to take on this exciting opportunity to advance your career, please contact us at hr@ldsinfotech.com.
