FMS Engineer (Desktop Level Support)

As an FMS Engineer (Desktop Level Support) at LDS Infotech Pvt Ltd in Mumbai, you will have the opportunity to work with esteemed clients such as Fortune 500 companies and MNC partners like Microsoft, Oracle, Sophos, Fortinet, Symantec, and McAfee. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Installing and configuring Windows operating systems. - Installing and configuring various application software like MS Office and antivirus. - Providing desktop support up to the client level for hardware, software, and networking issues. - Installing, configuring, and maintaining regular updates for antivirus software. - Configuring and troubleshooting various PC hardware components. - Assisting with Outlook configuration and troubleshooting. - Configuring and troubleshooting LAN setups. - Installing and troubleshooting local and network printers. - Demonstrating basic networking knowledge by connecting switches, routers, and access points, and aiding the network team in their configuration. Qualifications required for this role include a Graduate/MBA/B.E degree with knowledge in the IT field. The job involves working Monday to Saturday from 10 AM to 7 PM, with the 2nd and 4th Saturdays off, at the company's office in Mumbai. The salary package offered is as per industry standards.
