FMCG Space Planning Associate

As a FMCG Space Planning Associate at MAF Retail, India Head Office, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of planograms and product assortments. Your role will involve maintaining and updating planogram software, templates, and tools to ensure data integrity and accuracy. You will also be tasked with managing store layouts to optimize available space and ensure proper fixture utilization. Your responsibilities will include monitoring planogram compliance through audits, photos, and store feedback, as well as supporting store teams with accurate planogram documentation and implementation guidelines. Collaborating with category and buying teams to incorporate new products, seasonal changes, and promotions into planograms will be essential. You will be expected to develop and maintain planograms aligned with category strategies, assortment, and customer behavior to maximize sales and profitability by ensuring optimal space productivity in each category. Additionally, tracking and analyzing planogram-driven performance metrics such as sales, margin, and stock turnover to identify improvement opportunities will be part of your role. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Strong negotiation and networking skills, along with excellent business communication and presentation abilities, are essential for success in this role.
