We are looking for a smart, bold & passionate Ecommerce Sourcing Analyst with preferably 3+ years of work experience in Sourcing of Food & FMCG products!

We are creating a trustable brand for natural ingredients. We are a fast-growing D2C Natural Personal care brand founded in 2021 focused in 100% natural single-ingredient products. We currently have 50+ products, Customer base of 1 Mn+! We are present on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and our website. We want to be the largest and most trusted Indian brand in this space!

We are 35 member team with 32 people in our Plant in Odisha. We are building a business team in Gurgaon which currently has 3 people.

Product Sourcing Executive

Product Development

• Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify new product opportunities in Natural FMCG Category.
• Source sustainable raw materials and techniques to enhance product value.
• Ensure product quality and compliance standards are met.

Order & Vendor Management

• Track orders from sampling to final shipment, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Negotiate with vendors for cost efficiency and timely deliveries.
• Monitor production schedules and resolve issues related to delays or quality.
• Manage replenishment and execution of running orders.

Qualifications

• Over 2 years of cross-border e-commerce product sourcing experience,with familiarity with Indian market policies such as FSSAI, Ayush & Cosmetic License
• Successful track record of creating best-sellers in Indian Ecommerce
• Familiarity with Amazon & Flipkart e-commerce platform algorithms (e.g., the weight of Flipkart's F-Assured label).

• Office Timings - 10:30 to 6:30pm
• 6 days Work week (Saturdays are WFH)
