As a Field Verification Team Manager with the company providing hospitality and catering services to hospitals and large institutions, your role will involve managing the field verification team at each location and ensuring control and compliance through daily verification activities. You will be responsible for monitoring a team of field verifiers, conducting independent checks, validating reports, and preparing presentations based on your field level checks. Your units will primarily be located in the city of appointment, with occasional travel of about 4 to 5 days to outstation units. Key Responsibilities: - Conducting daily verification at field locations - Working with field verifiers on the day of visit - Validating reports submitted by the field verifier - Submitting independent reports based on field level checks - Supervising the team and submitting supervision reports - Creating presentations and PPTs on works at allocated locations Qualifications Required: - Possession of a working laptop with internet connectivity - Willingness to be available at client locations for operations audit - Experience between 0 to 2 years, including freshers - Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English - Integrity in conduct and reporting - Soft skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint - Ability to understand operations and audit checks Additional Details: The company requires candidates to have a Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of total work experience. Fluency in Hindi is a mandatory requirement for this role. The work location is in-person, primarily in Lucknow City, Uttar Pradesh, with a requirement to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.
