Job Title: Experience Lead SolarSquare Experience Centre Location: Pune / Nagpur Salary: Competitive - As per market standards About the Role: As an Experience Lead, you will be the sales consultant at SolarSquare’s Experience Centre, helping walk-in customers understand solar solutions, guiding them through their buying journey, and ensuring a seamless store experience. You will also nurture leads, coordinate home visits, manage kiosks in malls, and track store performance to drive sales and incentives. Key Responsibilities: Customer Consultation & Sales Conversion: Engage walk-in customers and provide personalized solar consultations. Educate customers on solar installation, financing options, ROI benefits, and government subsidies. Address customer concerns and simplify technical concepts for easy understanding. Use digital tools and interactive displays to enhance the consultation process. Lead Nurturing & Home Visits: Track and engage leads captured at the store through proactive follow-ups and consultations. Call potential customers to schedule and conduct in-person home visits in case store consultations are not feasible. Coordinate with the Operations team for timely scheduling and execution of DEV. Maintain regular follow-ups to nurture leads and drive conversions. Experience Centre & Kiosk Management: Ensure a welcoming and informative experience centre environment. Manage and operate Experience Kiosks in malls, engaging with foot traffic and generating leads. Participate in store events and knowledge sessions to drive customer engagement. Store Performance & Reporting: Monitor and track store metrics, lead conversion rates, and customer interactions. Ensure store targets and incentives are met by optimizing the customer experience. Maintain accurate records using CRM tools and Excel for lead tracking and performance analysis. Requirements: 2-5 years of sales experience in solar, consumer durables, real estate, or financial products. Strong consultative selling and customer relationship skills. Ability to simplify technical concepts and explain them in an engaging manner. Proactive lead follow-up and conversion mindset. Proficiency in CRM tools & Excel for tracking sales performance. Passion for renewable energy and sustainability is a plus.
