We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Floor Manager to oversee day-to-day floor operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. The Floor Manager will be responsible for supervising staff on the floor, maintaining service standards, handling customer issues, and supporting overall operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and knows how to keep a team motivated and engaged.
