Job Description:

We are looking for a well-presented and confident Floor In-charge (Female) to manage the sales floor efficiently and ensure a pleasant experience for all customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining order, assisting customers, and coordinating with the sales team to achieve smooth floor operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily floor operations and ensure smooth customer flow.

• Greet and welcome customers with a friendly attitude.

• Understand customer needs and direct them to the appropriate salesperson.

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and product display on the floor.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor issues promptly.

• Coordinate with sales and support staff for effective service delivery.

• Report daily floor activities and customer feedback to management.

Requirements:

• Female candidate, aged between 35 to 40 years.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in floor supervision, retail, or customer service.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Smart appearance and positive attitude.

• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.

• Ability to handle a busy sales environment confidently.
