Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Strategy and Execution

Develop, plan, and execute high-performing advertising campaigns using Flipkart Ads (CPC and Smart ROI campaigns) to meet specific sales, visibility, and business objectives.

Conduct in-depth keyword research and strategic bid management to ensure our products rank effectively and efficiently in relevant search results.

Manage the allocation and optimization of campaign budgets to ensure maximum ROI and adherence to financial targets.

Plan and set up promotional activities, including deals, discounts, and participation in Flipkart's seasonal sale events (e.g., The Big Billion Days).

2. Performance Monitoring and Optimization

Daily monitoring and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Click-Through Rate (CTR), Conversion Rate, ACoS (Advertising Cost of Sales), and ROAS.

Utilize Flipkart's analytics and reporting tools to generate actionable insights and continuously refine campaign strategies and creative assets.

Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, keywords, and campaign types to identify and scale best practices.

Core Skills:

Flipkart Advertising Expertise: Deep, operational knowledge of Flipkart Ads platform and campaign types (CPC, Smart ROI).

Data Analysis: Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret data, spot trends, and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in MS Excel is mandatory.

E-commerce Knowledge: Excellent understanding of the e-commerce landscape, consumer behavior on marketplaces, and product ranking factors.

Project Management: Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder reporting.
