Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Set up and operate flexographic printing presses to produce high-quality prints on various materials such as paper, plastic, and textiles.
Ensure accurate color matching and registration of colors across different print jobs.
Monitor and control the quality of printed products to meet customer requirements.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment by adhering to safety protocols and housekeeping standards.
Collaborate with other team members to resolve issues related to printing processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-7 years of experience in flexography or similar field (packaging industry preferred).
Strong understanding of woven sack production process including stacking, folding, cutting, and packaging operations.
Proficiency in operating flexo printing machines with ability to adjust settings for different material types and print jobs.
Excellent attention to detail with ability to maintain accuracy during printing processes.
Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while meeting quality standards.
