Position: Associate/Senior Associate - Flexible Materials Technology Department: Global Packaging, Foods Business Group Location: : Whitefield, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560066 Contract Duration: 6-9 months Payroll - Randstad Key Requirements: Work Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in flexible packaging/converting business. Technical Skills: Experience in flexible packaging technology and converting processes. Understanding of global packaging standards and practices. Global Exposure: Experience interacting with global teams is highly desirable. Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Education: Any Graduation (Certification in packaging is preferred). Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Compensation and Working Conditions: Maximum Budget: Negotiable Working Days: 5 days per week (Work from Office - WFO). Working Hours: 9:00 PM to 6:30 PM
