We are seeking a proactive and technically strong FLEXCUBE Technical Consultant to join our team in Marathahalli, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in PL/SQL development, FLEXCUBE customization, and end-to-end implementation. This role requires strong problem-solving abilities, good knowledge of banking modules, and experience with Oracle RAD tools.
Design and implement PL/SQL scripts, stored procedures, and backend components.Customize FLEXCUBE modules using Oracle RAD (UI forms, workflows, business rules).Assist in the installation and setup of FLEXCUBE environments (DEV/TEST/PROD).Troubleshoot issues and provide quick resolutions across key modules.Collaborate with QA, Business Analysts, and Project Managers to deliver robust solutions.Analyze logs and trace files to fix bugs and implement patches.Work independently with minimal supervision, displaying strong ownership and initiative.
