Flexcube Delivery Lead

Role Overview: As a Flexcube Delivery and Extensibility Developer at Citibank, your role will involve coordinating Flexcube development with vendor teams, interacting with Flexcube Business Analysts and Partner systems to finalize solutions, and participating in release management. You will be responsible for developing extensibility features on Flexcube, participating in architecture and design, coding, testing, documenting, and implementing application release projects as part of the development team. Additionally, you will work closely with onsite development partners to ensure design and coding best practices, and collaborate with Program Management and Quality Control teams to deliver quality software to agreed project schedules. It is important to proactively notify the Development Project Manager of any risks, bottlenecks, problems, issues, and concerns, while ensuring compliance with Citi's System Development Lifecycle and Information Security requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate Flexcube development with vendor teams - Interact with Flexcube Business Analysts and Partner systems to finalize solutions - Participate in release management - Develop extensibility features on Flexcube - Participate in architecture and design - Code, test, document, and implement application release projects - Work closely with onsite development partners to ensure design and coding best practices - Collaborate with Program Management and Quality Control teams to deliver quality software - Proactively notify the Development Project Manager of any risks, bottlenecks, problems, issues, and concerns - Ensure compliance with Citi's System Development Lifecycle and Information Security requirements Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in science, computers, information technology, or engineering - At least 6+ years of experience in Oracle database, PL SQL, Business Objects reporting tools, and Unix/Linux - Hands-on experience with Flexcube UBS, Weblogic, and JMS setup - Ability to perform first-level analysis, debug code in Oracle and Unix - Lead one or more software development teams - Programming experience on Flexcube UBS Additional Details: As part of the Technology Applications Development team at Citibank, you will be working full-time in a dynamic and challenging environment that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.,
