Flavor Development Intern/ Mixology Assistant – Functional Beverage Startup

About the Role

We’re building an early-stage gut-health beverage brand using functional ingredients. At this stage, flavoring and mixology are the first and most important steps. We’re looking for someone who can help us create, test, and refine drink recipes that are tasty, refreshing, and consumer-friendly.

What You’ll Do

• Experiment with flavors, textures, and combinations using Gond Katira and various other natural ingredients.
• Help create multiple drink samples for internal testing.
• Document recipes, taste notes, and feedback clearly.
• Research global beverage trends and suggest innovative flavor directions.
• Work closely with founders to build the first lineup of flavors.
