Seeking a seasoned Head of Sales Data Processing to lead our sales initiatives in the Data Management department. The ideal candidate will bring a robust background with 15-18 years of sales experience in the international BPO domain, focusing on non-voice projects. This role requires a deep understanding of the North American market, pricing models, and significant experience in managing large-scale deals through inside and enterprise sales. The successful candidate will have led a sales team of 6+ members across various domains such as Data Management, Data Processing, Data Analytics, and Research Services for at least four years. Familiarity with GenAI and automation in data processing is crucial. This position is based in Banaswadi and operates on a US shift.
