Fitting & Shot Blasting Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily fitting and shot blasting activities on the shop floor.
• Allocate tasks to workers and monitor productivity.
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures and PPE usage.
• Inspect products for quality standards before and after processing.
• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for smooth operations.
• Maintain records of work progress, materials, and equipment usage.
• Train and guide team members for skill improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma/ITI in Mechanical, Fabrication, or related field.
• Experience in fitting, shot blasting, or related manufacturing operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of safety standards and quality inspection methods.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,222.27 - ₹42,638.04 per month
