Fitter Maintenance

As a Maintenance Technician, your responsibilities will include: - Repairing mechanical equipment in the plant. - Performing utility maintenance to address mechanical faults. - Utilizing MMCP fitter knowledge for maintenance tasks. - Conducting break down maintenance for pumps and motors during shifts. - Attending to all preventive mechanical maintenance works in the plant. - Monitoring utilities to clear faults and ensure proper functioning. - Repairing lab equipment as needed. - Reporting mechanical equipment failures for corrective action. - Documenting the performance of utilities in the plant. - Assisting with other maintenance activities. - Performing repair work on instruments and related equipment. - Providing suggestions for improvements in maintenance to reduce cost downtime. Qualifications required for this role include: - Proficiency in repairing lab equipment. - Knowledge of MMCP fitter techniques. - Experience in maintenance of mechanical equipment. - Ability to conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance. - Strong problem-solving skills in identifying and addressing mechanical faults. - Excellent communication skills for reporting equipment failures and suggesting improvements. - Willingness to work in shifts and collaborate with team members effectively.,
