Fitter

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and experienced fitter to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for assembling, fitting, and maintaining mechanical parts, machinery, and equipment as per technical drawings and specifications. Key Responsibilities: Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications. Fit, assemble, and install mechanical parts and systems. Inspect and test assembled parts for accuracy and functionality. Perform maintenance, repairs, and replacements of mechanical components. Operate hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments safely. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the work area. Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to ensure timely completion of tasks. Report defects or malfunctions to the maintenance team or supervisor. Requirements: ITI or Diploma in Fitter/Mechanical or related field. Proven experience as a Fitter or in a similar mechanical role. Ability to read and understand technical drawings. Knowledge of mechanical assembly, tools, and measuring instruments. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Physically fit and able to work in a workshop or industrial environment.
