Job Title: Fitter Cum Supervisor (Maintenance Work)

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and perform maintenance work on machines.
• Handle and guide two casual workers for daily cleaning and maintenance activities.
• Plan and schedule maintenance activities machine-wise.
• Maintain documentation such as gate passes, safety training records, and maintenance logs.
• Report daily work status to the client as per the given format.
• Coordinate with management for maintenance materials and work requirements.
• Perform minor electrical operations (training will be provided).

Requirements:

• Education: ITI Fitter or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in machine maintenance and supervision preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical work (training support available).
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Candidates residing in or near Talegaon area preferred.

Salary: 20k to 25k

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
